David sold our home which is good. I am leaving this because I want sellers to know how he works. If you need someone who communicates well then he is not for you. His text messages did not make sense. He planned an open house and put it on Zillow without my permission. Not only did he communicate poorly with me, he also communicated poorly with the buyer's agent. It was good that she had my phone number so we could figure out what was going on. If poor communication isn't an issue for you then he will be a great fit like I said, he did sell our house.
David had our house sold within 24 hours! His knowledge of the process and intricacies of marketing our home resulted in multiple offers with the one that we accepted meeting every benchmark we had set. He was also exceptional in the period between offer acceptance and closing date. He get us well informed at every step and ensured for a smooth and easy process.
