Ashley and Andrea were great! The listing they put together was appealing and professional. They brought props to help stage the house and make it look it's best. They gave us great advice on things we could do to improve how the house showed. As we worked thru listing, negotiating, inspections, moving and closing, they were with us the whole way answering our questions and helping us stay organized. They were quick to get back to us when we reached out. That was critical for this sale as the time between contract to closing was short.We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell a home in Richmond Hill.

Awesome. Cannot recommend this team enough. Our house was on the market for 21 days and we had an offer above asking. The entire process works. We really noticed the difference when we came up to look at houses. The way our house was staged and the criteria Ashley and team had in place worked. TOP AGENT IN the entire market! Ashley went above and beyond for our family to get our house sold in a very tough market for us.
