We had an excellent experience working with Chandie at the Hupman Group. Before listing with her, our home had been on the market for six months with another brokerage. Although we had several showings during that time, we rarely received any meaningful follow-up, which made the process frustrating and discouraging.Once our previous contract expired, we listed with Chandie, and the difference was immediate. After only a handful of showings, we received an offer that she negotiated beautifully on our behalf.
