David is exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable.I live across the country, and David mowed the lawn for us (cheaper than we would have gotten elsewhere), and even returned some packages that were sent there by accident.His knowledge of the market kept us at a fair asking price that still made us a significant amount of money. He took our wishes into consideration and never pushed us to do anything we were uncomfortable with. David also had realistic expectations and never told us what we wanted to hear. If he knew we were asking too much, he would bring it up and we would work together on a solution.David was always honest with us and had our best interest in mind. Although I live across the country, I'll recommend David to any of my friends who intend to buy or sell in the Gulfport area.

We were lucky enough to have met David through realtor.com when sending out an inquiry on a house at the beginning of 2023.David has been so patient with us when looking for our forever home and would not let us just settle for anything. Though it took a while it did not seem like it! He has extensive knowledge or the market and the homes in different areas. Each house we looked at he was prepared to answer any questions or concerns as he always did his research prior to meeting.David has been such a pleasure to work with in finding our dream home. He is a kind individual with a wonderful upbeat attitude. Seriously, the best realtor ever!

David was an excellent realtor for us as we searched for our dream home! We lived out of state, so his knowledge of the area was very important! He was extremely patient with us as he showed us A LOT of homes in different areas and prices ranges as well as new homes to those needing updates. He always saw the potential of any house we were looking at, but was also able to point out things that we needed to consider. He was able to accommodate our schedule as we came in for house hunting visits on odd days, etc… Most importantly, he is such a nice guy, with a positive attitude and we looked forward to seeing him each time! David did an awesome job assisting us find a house in Mississippi. After living in Tulsa, Oklahoma for over 30 years we didn't know where to look for a house near Gulfport. I have an elderly father and needed to be close to him. We needed a place with some land as we have several fur babies. David was always very professional. He would answer his phone whenever we called, even on a Sunday. David was always friendly and willing to listen to any concerns about a property we might be interested in. He was with us every step of the way.

David Belcher is surely the best realtor on the Mississippi coast. In March of 2024, I decided to purchase a condo and a friend recommended David. A referral is the best way to find that perfect realtor. Within minutes of speaking with him, he emailed the condos that were available, and that met my criteria. We met early in the morning, and within a few hours we found the perfect one. David handled every detail up to and including the closing.
