We cannot find the appropriate words to describe how delightful Dana was to work with. I have never worked with someone so responsive and accessible in any business relationship, let alone real estate. Texts and e-mails were responded to promptly, and calls were almost always answered - on the rare occasion that they weren't, we heard back from her within half an hour without fail. Throughout our prolonged buying and selling process, Dana took extensive time out of not one but two vacations to help us with questions and to fulfill requests, many of which were not even time sensitive. "Above and beyond" does not begin to describe it.We picked a very bad time to change houses given the market conditions, but in spite of that Dana was able to get us a competitive price on our sale and a phenomenal price on our buy. We have heard numerous horror stories from other buyers and sellers over the past few months; we count ourselves blessed not to include ourselves in that group, and that is due entirely to Dana's ability to negotiate the market.Besides her real estate acumen, Dana is a genuine joy to be around.
