I HIGHLY recommend Brenda! She went above and beyond in the search for our new home! She was always very warm to be around which is a huge plus, but also responsive, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. She never made us feel rushed or pressured and really listened to what we were looking for. If there’s ever another need for a realtor, we will absolutely be working with her again!

What a pleasure it was working with Brenda! I reached out to her over a year ago looking for a house in my desired NC neighborhood. I was living out of state, and she went to the house that day and we did a video walk through. That house wasn't meant for me, but I recently found a perfect new build in the same area. I called her on a Saturday, and she walked the property since I was not available. The next day we toured the home. It was perfect. This is a highly competitive market; we submitted the bid that day. We spoke frequently over the next 2 days and nights and on Tuesday evening we got the great news that I got the house! I know her expertise and reputation in the area helped put my bid over the edge. I am truly grateful for her professionalism, guidance and knowledge. I would highly recommend Brenda when you are buying or selling your home!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone wishing to sell their home or property or anyone interested in purchasing a new home or property to use Brenda Blankenship with Five Stone Real Estate LLC in Hudson, NC! Working with Brenda on selling my mother and father-in-laws house was a great experience. She truly made things very simple for my wife and I and did a great job of keeping us updated throughout the process. She always has a very positive attitude and I immediately felt confident we could sell the house from day one without having to invest additional time and money to fix up the place.Brenda is extremely charismatic and everyone who meets her feels very comfortable with her and can just be themselves. As a testament to her character, I spoke to several other realtors in the area and all of them spoke very highly of Brenda and each of them said I couldn't go wrong if I selected her to represent my family.Also I was so impressed by how she looked out for my family's best interest along the way and at no time made us feel we needed to settle for a deal that we felt wasn't fair to both parties. Brenda never once made me feel any pressure to accept an offer that my wife and I were not happy with.In closing, all I can say is you can't go wrong with selecting Brenda to represent you whether selling or buying a home or property. This was our first home buying experience. To say we were going to need "a little help" was no joke. Brenda not only made us feel comfortable, but she wasn't shy in telling us what she thought about the properties we viewed. She answered every question no matter how small and walked us through the entire process from loans to closing. She found us an agent, inspectors, and any other personnel we needed. She was incredible. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and caring agent, who will work hard for you, do NOT hesitate to choose her.

Simply put..we could not have wished for a better realtor than Brenda! She was exactly the type of agent my brother and I were looking for when trying to sell our mother's house (which was 90 minutes away from where we live), except so much more. First, she was extremely knowledgeable of the market in the area and was dead-on with her listing price (we had multiple full-price offers within a day of listing). Secondly, she immediately stepped right in and helped us get the repairs and improvements done, including picking out paint colors and cabinet hardware! This was invaluable to us since we were remote. And when some issues came up in the title search, she went way above and beyond in helping us get the situation resolved. Brenda was never more than a quick phone call or email away whenever we had a question or request. Very professional, honest, courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you so much, Brenda, we could not have done it without you!

We were extremely lucky to have Brenda as our realtor! We got her randomly when going to see our first house, that house didn’t work for us but because of Brenda we found our dream home! She worked with us for 6 months, never giving up hope and never getting frustrated with our wants and needs. We would choose and recommend this realtor again and again! Very professional and extremely well versed in every step of the process. Her knowledge of the local and regional realty market and strategies is impressive. With this knowledge, we were able to sell our house within 2 days while she acted as our seller agent. As our buyer agent, she easily negotiated a fair market price and guided us through and up to all closing procedures within 1 month. VERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!
