Cindy and her team helped us find our dream retirement home. The process was so easy with her help. From the first showing of the home to the closing, she and her team were always ready and willing to answer our questions. Her knowledge of real estate is top notch. We live in Miami area in south FL. Moving to GA in very near future. Shopping for houses there. To drive UP to GA for us takes almost 8h one way. We went to GA on the 2nd of Apr and were planning to stay there over night to see some houses on Sunday Apr 3rd. On Apr 1st, we saw in Zellow the house on 221 Falcon Crst, Warner Robins, GA 31088. We submitted the request to see the house. We got a call from Cindy Durden, who promised to find out about possibly for us to see the house on Sunday, Apr.3rd. That was the last time when she contacted me. I texted back to her the next day, to find out – do we have the viewing or not. NO ANSWER. Up to this day. NO ANSWER. “Excellent” customer service.

Wow! Made selling a house such a breeze. Cindy is professional, personal, and experienced. She is upfront (no games) when discussing the market, home, and contract details, which was a great strength after dealing with ambiguous realtors. Cindy and Joseph went above and beyond to help me sell my land and help me buy my first home. They showed me over ten homes and they were very patient with me. They found the perfect home in Monroe County and also helped get me the best interest rate.I never knew buying a home could be so easy. My only regret is not calling Team Durden years ago. Cindy Durden and Team Durden were amazing. They were always available to assist us with whatever we needed and did so promptly and were extremely professional.
