If you are serious about selling your home and want it sold fast, then you should definitely sign Jamie Moorman as your realtor. She knows what needs to be done to get a home sold, and if you follow her advice, it won’t take long. She has an amazing team behind her, who are always there when you need anything. Our house sold in a week, we had multiple offers and ended up getting over asking price. If I could give 10 stars I would!

We are so happy to have had a chance to work with Jamie, not once, not twice, but 3 times now. When my husband got orders to this area in 2015, we used Jamie’s help to buy a small home that was perfect for us. About 4 years later, we needed to sell and move out of state. She was our listing agent then and got us sold quickly. Now, we have moved back to Middle GA. This time, we have a family and needed something specific. Amazing. Jamie is the best. We bought our home with her and when we Decided to sell our home she was the first person I reached out too. She sat down with me and asked about the particulars, brought her team in to help with pictures, staging the rooms, setting up showings, provided her own contractors for estimates, handled the negotiations, lawyers, etc. I didn’t have to do anything which is so nice when moving and trying to find a new place to live. Jamie and her team handled everything, I was not able to be at the closing but her and her team finalized everything. Jamie was very responsive when texting her my questions or if she had questions about the house. The process of selling a home is very stressful but with Jamie and her team they made this so easy. If I had to do it over again I would use her and her team in buying and selling.
