I am completely satisfied having bought my first home with Christine. She is personability and professionalism wrapped up in the neatest little package. Out of the gate, she was invested in getting to know me and my goals thoroughly. To our outings and conversations, she brought lots of energy, attention, and positivity. When the right house came in view, she helped me to craft the perfect offer and get it to the seller right away. With Christine's expert counsel, I found it easy to be on top of everything and make informed decisions on wide-ranging topics. I would be remiss not to mention her assistant Latetia, who was equally a pleasure to work with, helping me to dispatch with the many quests of homebuying, like the home inspection and addenda to the purchase contract. Now that I reflect on the process, I am astonished that I could get away with my uncommon preferences and aggressive timeline. So much of this accomplishment I owe to C. Tucker & Co.

Working with Christine was, if I’m honest, the only person that would have been able to negotiate and strategize ways for me to sell my previous home and and buy my new one. On both ends of the transactions, there were challenges in this market, she navigated those and got me where I needed to be in order to find my forever home. Christine was an excellent realtor! She was kind and thoughtful, deeply knowledgeable about the area, and endlessly patient and helpful at walking me through my first time buying a home. She was also very honest and upfront about the process, what I was committing to at each point, and walked me through different options for each step of the process. She really made an effort to listen to what I wanted and valued, and I am moving into the most perfect home in a week. I would highly recommend her to any and everyone!

I simply do not have enough kind words to say about Christine (and Latetia!). We've worked with Christine twice now, when we bought our house in 2018 and when we sold it in 2025, and they were both great experiences. They were personally delightful to work with, consistently extremely responsive, attentive to our specific needs while also guiding us toward best decisions. They had absolutely every single detail on lock, and we never worried once that something wasn't going to get done or that we'd have to spend a single unnecessary dollar. Absolutely exceptional experience and I would recommend it to anyone.
