She has the best realtors in this area Cherry is so kind. We bought a home here in 2018. I requested a house in this area that I could build a pool. She came through and in just a few days found us a new home with the perfect size lot. If I ever want to sell or buy again I’m calling her.

It goes without saying the last 6 months have gone smoothly because of one reason: Cherry Ruffino. Cherry made the process of selling our lake house only to move to a beautiful new home in College Station as non- stressful as possible. Her knowledge of the real estate business is surmountable. Most importantly, Cherry is a beautiful person. Her faith and love of life make her the best as a person and realtor. I hope I am not in the need of another realtor in the very near future. If I am, Cherry Ruffino is my choice. You will not go wrong with her and her entire team.

Katie was AMAZING! We were able to found a home we love much quicker than we anticipated. She was readily available for any showings and requests to go see the house once under contract. She was so great with our 4 year old daughter, which allowed my husband and I to look at and discuss homes longer and more thoroughly. She was honest with all of her opinions and great expertise and was genuinely excited for us when we found our home! We are so grateful to Katie and her team!

We just worked with Joey Ruffino to buy a house for our daughter who will soon be moving to College Station. We are from out-of-state and Joey helped make the home buying process pleasant and painless. He went above and beyond with us, tirelessly touring condos and houses for us, both on video and with me in person. He is very congenial, a good listener and is extremely knowledgeable about the Bryan/College Station area. Thanks to Joey and the team our girl now has a great place to live!
