Prior to selling our home on the west side of College Station, we had moved out of the property. An older home, we knew that it needed some remodels and updates. Prior to doing any work on the home we suffered considerable damage due to a winter storm. The ZA team made recommendations for work, got bids and managed the repairs. When remodel was completed they staged the home beautifully. Once on the market the property went under contract very quickly. In the end the home sold at a much higher price than initially anticipated and net proceeds exceeded expectations. I have nothing but good things to say about the work Jen and her team did in marketing our home.
The whole Zweiacker and Associates team was incredible through what is usually a very stressful process. When selling our old home, they staged our home beautifully throughout and they took care of getting us competitively priced bids on fix up work that needed to be done to our home and netted us almost 80k over asking!When looking for a new home, their whole team was very knowledgeable about the B/CS area, schools, and the housing market in B/CS. They were always responsive and available during our buying and selling process. Such an incredible experience from start to finish!

When Jen came to the house for our first interview, she was prepared and explained her approach to customer satisfaction. My wife and I had heard promises before, having bought 8 houses and sold 7 over the years. Jen delivered and i am a very satisfied customer. She explained the buyer's expectations and we met with her team, which includes interior designers, project managers and contract administrators. I was impressed that these are all on her full time staff. Her team made several recommendations for improving the marketability of the most recent house we just sold. She stages houses as part of her service and this is very important. The house was in excellent condition and her recommendations made the presentation of the house much better. The buyer required a few "fixes" and Jen's foreman handled all of the details with a few contractors her firm uses. The work was done on a tight schedule at a reasonable price and correctly. We selected Zweiacher Realty on May 9, 2018. A buyer made an offer on June 29, 2018 and it closed on July 31, 2018. Her contracts people were available at all hours and super helpful. The whole process was amazingly pleasant, as contrasted to our previous experiences. Thank you Jen and all the folks who work for Zweiacher Realty!
