Chad is an absolute dream to work with! Him and his team go above and beyond in every aspect of both buying and selling of your property! You can ask them any questions that you have pretty much at any time and they will bend over backwards to get the answer for you. Could not recommend them enough!

Chad, did an excellent job navigating me through the home buying experience! I was moving to Cedar Rapids from out of town and didn't know the market very well. Chad did an amazing job finding out what I was looking for in a home and area and lead me to a stress free buying process for a great home in a market I barely knew. Chad was top notch through the whole process and even after purchasing my home with questions I had. He proactively got me all the information I need for closing as well as assisted in helping me during and after closing following up on any repairs need after the home inspection to make sure they were down all while I was out of town.

We were moving to Cedar Rapids from out-of-state, so we knew it was going to be a challenge given how quickly houses were selling. Chad kept us informed about the market, and had multiple showings for us when we came to visit. He even managed to get showings just hours after a couple of houses hit the market. He then worked hard over the holiday weekend to prepare a competitive offer and iron out the contract details. He really did a great job for us and I would gladly hire him again.
