Kelly and his team helped me sell a home in Tahoe. They are professionals who do get the job done. I appreciated their quick response with my questions and issues. Hekept us informed regarding the status of the transaction, any problems that may have developed and answered questions quickly.The transaction took a long time (because of outside problems).Kelly helped us the whole time and volunteered to take care of unexpected repairs. In the end Kelly did more than an agent would be expected to do. I appreciate what he did for us. Thanks to Kelly and also to Doug who did a lot for us including beingat the property for inspections and turning off/on heating and plumbing when we couldn’t get to the property because of distance and weather.I would recommend Kelly.

Kelly Smith was great! We were looking to buy property in the Kings Beach area, and did not have a real estate agent at the time. We found Kelly's name in a listing on Zillow, and called him to find out more. After a few conversations and getting to know him better, we eventually asked if he would be willing to represent us as our real estate agent. He agreed and listened carefully to everything we were looking for, and then used that information to help us find exactly what we wanted (and eventually bought). He was knowledgeable, patient, provided helpful guidance, and happily answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market - he's awesome!
