Linda is very experienced in selling properties, particularly in the Bear Creek Association where my cabin is located. She and her time did an excellent job with the preparation and advice as to a listing price. And then in how to respond to the offers that we received. Any delays in the closing were caused by the buyer and it all went very successfully.

When we were looking to purchase a vacation home on Lake Tahoe, we knew we needed some local expertise to help guide us, and we are so fortunate that we found Linda! She not only intimately knew the various towns and neighborhoods all over the area, but also sat down with us to discuss extensively our family's needs and desires. This helped her steer us away from properties that looked good on paper but weren't right for our family, and towards some hidden gems that we hadn't even considered.At every step, Linda and her team came well-prepared -- during a weekend visit, Linda was so thoughtful about picking out some amazing properties to visit with prepared packets of information on each place and even having extra snacks for the long day with the kids!When it came time to make an offer, Linda's negotiation skills were critical, allowing us to both outmaneuver another potential buyer and still get a very favorable price for our top-choice property!Linda’s team was even better than she promised. Both their knowledge of the local real estate market as well as their contacts with other vendors and associates proved invaluable. Laura especially worked with us day-in-day-out to get through the escrow period and was organized, personable, and infinitely capable. She looked out for us and kept the process on track.Linda and team helped us realize a long held dream and we have SO loved our house since the moment we closed!

Linda Granger and her team (Laura and Kirk) at the Granger Group are outstanding to work with. We cannot recommend them highly enough! We interviewed a couple of area realtors but selected the Granger Group because of their deep local market experience, knowledge and network. And when we met Linda, we felt immediate confidence and trust in her professionalism and capability. In every interaction, we felt Linda listened to us, anticipated the origin of our concerns or questions, was honest and helped us to effectively set our expectations. She provided appropriate data and explanations to help us set the right price and timing. Linda was sensitive to our inexperience and to the emotion involved in letting go of a treasured family home. She knew how to market our home to its best advantage, given its age and type. In the end, the price and timing were right, she marketed it skilfully, she levered her network of contacts and sold our home very quickly and well.And we can’t say enough about Laura and Kirk and the customer service inherent within the Granger team. It had been many years since we sold a home - let alone in the Tahoe region - but Laura and Kirk kindly and smoothly guided us through every detail of the required processes and paperwork. Laura was often our key point of contact. She was very friendly and approachable, extremely knowledgeable and responsive and honored all commitments. Laura answered our calls and was happy to explain even the smallest process detail. She ensured that nothing was left hanging. Inspections and paperwork were performed quickly and she kept us advised of each step. Kirk was tremendous as the “boots on the ground” expert. His professionalism and responsiveness were equal to the rest of the team and we were so grateful for his wonderful support and perspective. There is nothing so valuable as having an experienced real estate person confidently walk you around your own property, helping you to appreciate it from the perspective of a potential buyer. Kirk visited the property regularly, ensuring its readiness and attractiveness for sale. We recently purchased a Tahoe home and Linda and her team were absolutely incredible! White glove service from start to finish and incredibly responsive to all of our questions and needs, ultimately finding the perfect second home! They were patient with us and really worked through everything in a very effective way, anticipating all of our needs. I always felt like they had our back with every little detail of the purchase. Linda and her team have also provided great references and resources in the Tahoe area and have continued to be there for us post-transaction. I can't imagine working with a better team!!

We were recommended to Linda by a friend and knew from our initial communication with her that we had made the right choice. She and her team were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional and had an amazing attention to detail that you don't often see anymore. She helped our family sell our Tahoe home, from start to finish in about 4 weeks. She sent us market research, comps in the area, stayed in touch with us every step of the way and even sent us videos to explain certain questions we had. Linda, Laura, and every member of her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Because we don't live locally, anytime something needed to be done. someone on her team would go to our home and take care of it, almost immediately.
