Very disappointed in how he handles his business deals for the rental properties that he manages. Rented a house for 4 years and then we moved out the 1,200 in security deposit has never been addressed by him including not returning messages or giving an itemized list of why it is not being returned. Makes me wish that I hadn't paid last month's rent or cleaned the house really well.
