I really appreciated Tammy's expertise in selling my condo in Jefferson City, TN. Tammy was the lead on the sale and gave me excellent advice about how to prepare for the showing. She was a calming influence when the process got stressful. I knew from the beginning that she would get the best offer possible for me. Since I had never sold a property before, I appreciated the fact that she explained each step of the process and did not rush me. I had to coordinate the sale of my home in Tennessee with the purchase of a home in Ohio all at one time. Since I knew Ed before I engaged Franklin Realty, that gave an added measure of trust and comfort for me. Overall, I was very pleased with the sale.

We first met Tammy when our original realtor didn’t show up! We called her and she immediately assisted us in purchasing a condo. She and her agents have a great many contacts and are thoroughly knowledgeable in the Jefferson County and surrounding areas. She and Ed then helped us sell the condo when we were ready to move on. All transactions were completed smoothly and efficiently. They have great ideas when it comes to putting your home up for sale and are willing to listen to your suggestions also! I highly recommend Franklin Realty.

Being an owner of a lot on Lake Douglas in TN, I receive flyers from realtors all the time. Last year I decided it was time to investigate selling the lot and so I contacted a few of the local realtors to request a current market evaluation of my property. I received a response from Tammy in less than 10 minutes informing me that she would be happy to provide the evaluation. As promised, she provided a long list of comparable listings that were either recently sold or still on the market. I decided to list the lot with Franklin Realty and worked closely with Tammy (and Ed) to determine an initial asking price, etc. We went through an offer with sales contract signed, the subsequent back out by the buyer, and then a second offer which resulted in the sale of my lot. Throughout the entire process, Tammy was very responsive, providing regular updates until a buyer was found and then working closely with me to get the sale closed. The local and industry knowledge along with the professionalism exhibited by Tammy (and Ed) made me comfortable throughout the sales process. They were great to work with - I highly recommend them.
