Being an owner of a lot on Lake Douglas in TN, I receive flyers from realtors all the time. Last year I decided it was time to investigate selling the lot and so I contacted a few of the local realtors to request a current market evaluation of my property. I received a response from Tammy in less than 10 minutes informing me that she would be happy to provide the evaluation. As promised, she provided a long list of comparable listings that were either recently sold or still on the market. I decided to list the lot with Franklin Realty and worked closely with Tammy (and Ed) to determine an initial asking price, etc. We went through an offer with sales contract signed, the subsequent back out by the buyer, and then a second offer which resulted in the sale of my lot. Throughout the entire process, Tammy was very responsive, providing regular updates until a buyer was found and then working closely with me to get the sale closed. The local and industry knowledge along with the professionalism exhibited by Tammy (and Ed) made me comfortable throughout the sales process. They were great to work with - I highly recommend them.
