Brandie was amazing to work with and very accommodating. We had to overcome many obstacles to sell my moms house and she was very knowledgable and caring throughout the process. She had to deal with 5 siblings to make it happen and it was not easy. Would work with her on any sell again.

It is hard to describe just how amazing Brandie is at what she does or how incredibly dedicated to the mission she was in getting me into my dream home in Clermont on Lake Louisa. She was not only a fierce advocate for me, but thought of a plethora of issues and possible problems that I could arise during the sale unless I took preventative action. She was always one step ahead of my lender, the closing agent, the inspectors and was always thinking of what could be done to make the sale a better deal for me. She has an invaluable wealth of knowledge about the area, about real estate, lending, home inspections, surveys, VA loans, wells, - you name it - Brandie has experience with it. I can't recommend her enough if you want to buy or sell your house.
