Bethany was absolutely fantastic to work with at every step of the way. I needed this process to be as approachable and hands off as possible as I was starting a new job and had a few other things going on and she handled pretty much everything. The knowledge she has about construction techniques and materials and various potential issues I needed to be concerned about meant that, well, I guess I never actually needed to be concerned about them. Bethany just handled all of that mostly behind the scenes. She helped get the inspection scheduled, helped me get pre-approved for a loan, steered me towards a good lender who were also super responsive and respectful of my time and energy levels. She scheduled the final walkthrough to make sure that the issues identified in the inspection were all taken care of. She made sure that I had the resources I needed to take advantage of the sweet tax abatement for the property.Really she made the process so much easier and more approachable that I really don't think I could've bought this place without her.

It all started with a random zillow listing. Bethany reached out to me, and she is amazing. Together we looked for a home for almost 8 months trying to find the right one. And bethany was there every step of the way. She drove all over the state (in total probably 30 hours or more of driving) helping me find my perfect country home. When it came time to put an offer in. She was helpful in making sure I could make an informed decision. I also appreciated that she understood my needs and wants and was able to communicate then to the sellers.
