Ben was a great agent to list with. We decided to sell our home and were not really sure on a good price point, he brought up some recent sales of comparable houses and gave us a number and you know everyone wants more so we listed it a little higher then what he suggested and got an offer in 2 days. Ben walked us through the whole process and gave us suggestions on steps to take and everything worked out great. I would highly recommend using Ben to sell a house.

My wife and I were living in the Seattle area while trying to purchase a home in Walla Walla. Because of this, our time was limited to view homes and needed to make sure our time was maximized while viewing homes in Walla Walla. Ben made himself available for multiple afternoons to ensure we saw the houses we needed to see and once we were ready to make an offer he handled everything flawlessly since we couldn’t be in town for closing. He was sure to negotiate a fair offer with the sellers while also educating us on the Walla Walla market in which we weren’t familiar with.

Ben Wolfram, with Williams Team Homes handled our recent home purchase in Walla Walla. Ben is fantastic. He knows his stuff! He worked smoothly with our lender, and when we were looking at houses, he pointed out so many things we would never have noticed. Most impressive of all, Ben knows how to listen. We had unusual needs in a house, which made us pretty difficult clients. He listened to us, made some really creative suggestions, never tried to talk us into something that wasn’t just right for us, and stuck with us through several potential deals that didn’t come through.
