We started looking for a house in September of 2025. After looking at houses here and there as they popped up, nothing was really measuring up to what we wanted. We decided to up our price. So, we started looking at more. Still, nothing was measuring up. So, after more discussions, we decided to build. Throughout this whole process, Ashlee was patient, immensely helpful, and just all-around fantastic. She was with us every step of the way. Once we started the build process, she was helping us find lots and builders that were within our range, transparent through all of it. Once we decided on a builder she made all the appointments, got us in touch with everyone we needed. She was there helping from start to finish. None of this would have been possible without her and her team. She also, helped sell our old house. Everything that the buyer wanted, big, small, cosmetic or major she would help with suggestions and strategy. If something needed fixed or done, she had a contact for absolutely EVERYTHING! Truly a one-stop shop for real-estate buying/selling. We can't express our gratitude enough for what her and her team did. As stressful as it is to buy and sell a house she is a true professional and in the end, a friend.

We absolutely loved working with Ashlee, she is simply the best! Moving from another state and buying remotely can be quite nerve-wracking, to say the least. Ashlee made the whole process seamless and exciting! She helped us find land and went above and beyond in setting up meetings with local builders. Non pushy, patient, accommodating, warm/friendly, and a breeze to work with are all important things to note in dealing with Ashlee & team. She is easy to connect with and will get back to you quickly to answer any and all questions you may have. We’ve used Ashlee & team twice for home buys and would recommend her without hesitation to ANYONE within earshot willing to listen to how fantastic she is! Bottom line, some realtors are out to close a deal. Ashlee is very personable and an excellent communicator (almost to a fault-she was texting my wife and I about a showing that we had scheduled while she was in the hospital just hours after giving birth!!). Ashlee is also very flexible and will go to a showing even on a moments notice. Also, Ashlee is an expert in the area which is a huge plus. Ashlee also had our house sold within 3 days of finding our new house!

As first-time homebuyers, having Ashlee walk my wife and I through the homebuying process actually made the process enjoyable instead of overwhelming. She was on top of every issue before it even became an issue. From scheduling inspections, gutter replacements, radon mitigation, and even writing a few checks for me when I would forget, she was on top of everything.
