If your serious about buying a home look no further! Amy was tremendous! We are new to Bloomington and she answered any question we had! We saw 8 homes in two days because we needed to find a home And buy within 45 days! We ended up in our dream home because of her!

My wife and I just purchased our first home last month and we never would have found it if not for Amy. Our broker recommended we use her, as they have worked together in the past, and we could not be happier about that choice. Amy was not only professional but personal and kind. We initially went to her with a specific house in mind and when we were beaten to the offer by other buyers she found to wonderful options for us that were not even on the market yet. After a fifteen-minute walkthrough of the house she suggested, we were in love and put in an offer the next day. Amy walked us through every step of the offer process; helped us arrange a closing date that worked best with the end of our lease; got us in touch with all of the services we needed; and worked closely with our broker to ensure all the paperwork was in order.Working with Amy was an absolute blessing and we cannot thank her enough!

Amy Kopp is an amazing real estate professional! She is knowledgeable, articulate and gets the job done by doing whatever it takes. She worked hard to sell our vacation condo in record time and took care of all the small details that are traditionally "hassle factors" in selling a home. She has a professional demeanor and gives excellent counsel and advice when needed. Amy is also very responsive to any questions that would arise during the listing/selling process. I would highly recommend Amy for your Real Estate needs in the Bloomington/Monroe County area.

When we were moving to Bloomington, I was nervous about buying a home relatively quickly in a new city that I was completely unfamiliar with. Amy was excellent! She listened and very quickly figured out our priorities and what we were looking for. She is professional, kind and great with people. More than anything, I appreciate her knowledge of this area. She has lived here a long time and I joke that she knows everyone in town. She truly understands the market here, is accustomed to working with clients who are new to the area and communicates really well. Even after we closed on our beautiful home, Amy remained available and helpful to us. When there is a house for sale in our neighborhood, Amy is able to tell us about the home and give us realistic estimates for how long it will take and how much the house will sell for. (We like to know how other houses are selling so we can have an idea of the market and our home value). Amy is fair and knows how much houses are worth in the current market. She negotiated well for us and we were always confident that she had our best interest at heart. We plan to use her in the future and recommend her whole heartedly!
