Cannot offer enough and appropriate words to promote how much we enjoyed working with Amanda. It started in 2008 as our buyer's agent. Extremely helpful in the whole transaction, including showings and most definitely for closing. 11 years later, we would select only Amanda to help sell the same property as our listing agent. Amanda actually already had a buyer within her contacts/customers. She always works hard and smartly for her clients, regardless of type, size or value of the property. She earns our highest recommendation.

Amanda is the absolute best realtor in the Hickory area! When we were considering moving to another neighborhood, she immediately gave us several options that met our needs. She was patient and very helpful with ideas. I loved the fact she did not try to oversell us and only found homes in our budget and the location we wanted. She negotiated for us for several "extras" we wanted. As a matter of fact, one year later we had a slight problem with what was promised by the seller and she went to bat for us...100 emails later until the issue was rectified. When we were in the buying, selling process; I would often shoot her an email and she answered at ALL hours of the evening. She is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods, schools, shopping, etc. regarding the area you are looking at. She is so pleasant to work with. In the rare occasion she could not show us a home, she always made sure someone from her team could. I have recommended her to several friends, and they all agree...she is the best!I cannot stress how much I appreciated all she's done for us. She is a top notch realtor, the best I have ever encountered. I purchased several homes in other states and none of the realtors had the drive, responsiveness, expertise and negotiation skills Amanda does. Amanda is prompt and always gets back to her clients in a timely manner. She offers advice that's helpful, like when she said I had to cover up the hole in the ceiling in the garage. I also liked that she really promoted my property and I had a lot of showings.
