Ali Charara was great! He found our home and negotiated a price on our behalf that I thought was impossible . He isn’t your average real estate agent , he is a SUPER AGENT! This is the person you definitely want on your side when buying or selling!!

I highly recommend Ali. He is trustworthy and passionate about his job. He went above and beyond for me to buy my first house. I told him what I am looking for and which area... and he knew exactly what I am looking for. He is amazing about what he does. He is honest and works very hard for his clients. He is organized and returns your calls and keeps you up to date with what’s new in the area. He will give you his honest opinion. If buy a property from Ali you will be satisfied with everything...

Now i normally don’t take the time to write these as i am very busy but friends and family hearing my story have pushed me to do this the least. I wish it would give me the option to leave zero stars instead of even one star. I could write a full detailed explanation of how much Ali Charara led my business partner and I on and mistreated us but I’ll simply say BE AWARE of every little thing he says and does. He will try to trap you into a lease. He represented the landlord when going through this offer process but put all the blame on the landlord when plans weren't met. We were going to lease a retail unit from these two individuals. The price was changed from the initial agreement. And also we never had a lease agreement in effect. Just a write up lease that will be in effect once all negotiation requirements were met. However nothing was met for a full 2 and a half months. We have proof of all this as well. Then Ali Charara or Moe decided to WITHOUT OUR CONSENT fill in the lease agreement dates to place everything into affect. However after finally arguing to receive some of our money back we have yet to decide to take legal action with our lawyers for the remainder of the money. So again BE AWARE of everything this individual tells you. Not saying he hasn’t had successful closings with other clients but with us, younger individuals, we were definitely mistreated out of our time and money.
