Alexis was an outstanding realtor to work with. She was very professional, really knew the area around Iowa City, very flexible for a busy medical resident like me, and really tried to understand my preferences as a first time home buyer. Most importantly, the home selection process never felt rushed which I appreciated as I heard some realtors try to get clients to close on deals as fast possible. She is definitely someone that you can trust. She made the whole home buying process very easy from seeing the homes and negotiating with the homeowners to finally closing on the home that I chose and working with the bank to make sure I got every opportunity to save money in the process. She is also incredibly quick to respond to questions. I would recommend her to anyone who is planning to buy or thinking of buying.

Alexis did a great job for me. She was willing to meet early on a Sunday and when the first property didn’t work out she was willing to take me anywhere she could access to see more properties. After a decision was made, she was on top of the things that needed to be done and the deal was made. Highly recommend. A joy to work with!

Alexis was a great agent. She was detail oriented and very responsive. She helped me through a new build and was very honest about various builders and areas of town which was helpful. She even walked through the house and sent me videos during the build as I was living out of state.
