Albert and his team are truly the best of the best. From our initial listing appointment to the the closing on our forever home, he and his team where there every step of the way! My husband and I decided to sell our home in July 2020 but didn't know of any realtors that could help, then I remembered receiving the Miami Dolphins Football schedule on a magnet for our refrigerator from Pavon Realty Group and it took the guessing game out of the equation. We emailed Albert and left an online contact request on a SUNDAY, I of course did not expect to hear back for a few days but with in a few hours he called and we set up the listing appointment. We have 3 young boys and chaos is part of everyday life and the night of our appointment was no exception. Where others may have turned and ran as fast as they could, he walked in un-phased and greeted my kids. He was patient through each interruption and still took his time to explain the process and walk us through our options (even though it was well past 7:00 pm and he already had a full days of work put in). That night my husband and I talked it over and knew Pavon Realty Group would be the best match for our needs! The rollercoaster of excitement quickly grew as we had 3 viewings within 24 hours of our home being listed. The photographs taken to feature our home and Albert's attention to detail certainly sold our home in record time and ABOVE LISTING PRICE!!! Albert then shifted his attention to help us find our forever home. After what felt like forever, the listing we had been waiting for showed up and we jumped at the opportunity. Albert quickly scheduled a viewing and we made an offer the same night! Albert was once again there for us to answer any questions and assist with the inspection and closing process! We are now the proud owners of a beautiful home and we couldn't be more grateful for all of the help we received from Albert & his team. Albert Pavon and his team at Pavon Realty were fantastic from the day we first spoke about selling our home and buying a new one, until we finally closed on our new purchase and sale. We loved working with Albert Pavon! He’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. He has an amazing team of professionals that work together and made the sale of our home seamless. I was always able to reach Albert with any questions. He has such attention to detail.
