She's honest. Major error in legal description of property surfaced at time of recording at the county courthouse. I contacted Zintiha. She was honest--the property was visually advertised and promoted to include adjacent vacant lot. But the legal description was incorrect. In panic mode, I contacted seller, directly, who confirmed my findings. Seller and title company immediately rectified the error. Because of Zintiha's honesty, I recommended her to my husband whose property she sold in about a week flat.
