Again, as in my previous comment, Ms. De La Rosa is an incredibly effective real estate agent. I am so pleased to have reached her when I did as she was able to move, not only my property, but my younger sister’s within three months. I only wish I could’ve used her to move my property in Louisiana before selling it to move to Tennessee in June 2021!

Bertha was the second agent I contacted because the first one took too long to respond. We needed to sell fast. Bertha was very helpful with everything. She always asked if we had any questions concerning the papers we needed to sign. If we did she always answered our calls or texts right away. Some people find texting unprofessional, I for one do not. I prefer it actually. It was like she read my mind.
