Bradley Miller was a pleasure to work with. He guided us through the selling process that was more difficult than we anticipated. Thank goodness we didn’t attempt to “Sell by Owner “ as was our initial idea. Very responsive even on weekends and evenings and very good with communication and anticipation. We closed for several thousand over asking price and couldnt have asked for better representation.

Dealing with Scott and his team was a very rewarding experience as the actual process in dealing with the sale of my house was made "challenging" by the buyers continuous and exasperating changing demands. However, Scott himself was able to calmly negotiate the process to a successful conclusion. My kudos to him personally and his team!

We hired Scott to sell our Emily Drive home after being recommended by our dear friends. He did not disappoint. Always prompt to answer phone calls, texts, and appointments. Scott, Bernice and the entire BHHS Fox and Roach team were amazing every step of the way with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. Any time we reached out to Scott he answered or if he couldn't he would call us back right away. He answered all of our questions (and we had a ton of them) and guided us through the process step by step. I can not thank Brad enough for making this experience so enjoyable. Working with him during this process was very exciting. Brad was very motivated to not only finding me my home but answering all of the questions that I had and also recommending some ideas that I never would of thought of. Scott Sheppard and his team did an excellent job helping me sell my home. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. My listing looked amazing, the brochure, internet pictures and walk thru video knocked out the competition. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with me, guiding me every step of the way through open house to multiple home inspections to negotiations and a repair request. He made sure as we moved forward that I was well informed and that I was in agreement with everything taking place. I would recommended the Scott Sheppard Real Estate Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. So if you truly want the best real estate agent, be sure to ask for Scott Sheppard I promise you won't be disappointed. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
