He gave honest feedback about things that were going to reduce value aesthetically and functionally, suggested things that should be corrected and those that really wouldn't make a difference in the long run. He helped us choose a reasonable asking price based on the current market and we had our first offer within a few hours of listing.Over the whole process of negotiations, inspections, and paperwork he diligently kept us in the loop often anticipating questions we'd have and being able to either answer immediately and even preemptively once or twice. To sum it up, Mike was AWESOME!To explain a bit, I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Since initially reaching out to inquire about selling our home, Mike was prompt, professional, and on top of everything. I got daily, and sometimes even multiple times daily, updates on the process and how things were going. Any time I reached out with questions, he explained clearly and concisely, even my over the top OCD questions! Mike was able to navigate every part of this transaction with ease. Every time a form, change, anything was needed, I received a prompt email , text, or call, and we addressed things immediately. There were a few hiccups in the process(on the lenders end, nothing with us/Mike) and they were handled excellently. Even through pushing back closing a few times, Mike was able deal with any and all potential issues with minimal involvement on my part, and in a way that made everything easy and seamless.Again, Mike was awesome through this whole process, and I couldn't give him any higher recommendation. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, this is who you want on your side.
I was new at selling a home and contacted Mike DePalma. This young man was very cordial and pleasant from the very beginning. Made me feel very comfortable. He met with me on the property and gave me many helpful suggestions on what to do and not to do. All I had to do was call him, if I had any questions, and he always got back to me right away or in a timely manner. Never disappointed me in any way. Listed the property the middle of April and had settlement towards the end of June. Property went quick because of Mikes expert and caring ways. Definitely would use him again.
