We were non-traditional sellers with an interest in selling to our local neighbors if possible & Vickie was super understanding & supportive (as well as patient) with our process. In addition, more than one of the potential buyers were unhappy & impatient with the process & she was diplomatic + proactive with communication to ensure that they were kept up to date throughout. This was not a routine or easy transaction to represent & Vickie has our utmost respect & gratitude for how she handled it. We could not recommend her more highly.

I don't even know where to begin with singing the praises of Vickie Gallimore. First, let me say, we did not start with Vickie, which was our first mistake. After 6 months of house hunting with a realtor who was not seasoned, and getting the run around, and having our dream home fall through the cracks because she was not diligent, we decided to fire that realtor and find the most seasoned, well advertised, knowledgeable realtor we could. I asked friends, colleagues, did online research, everyone said Vickie Gallimore. She was thorough, knowledgeable, savvy, professional, extremely responsive......but also patient, compassionate and kind. She REALLY listened to us, what we wanted, what was important. But she was never pushy or aggressive. We were looking for an unusual property with character and charm. Boy.....we saw some doozies in our hunt!! But she never gave up, never got frustrated....and we had her driving in a one hour radius all around the Triad (Thomasville, Greensboro, High Point, Graham, Ramseur, Asheboro.....). When we finally found the perfect place she negotiated for us like the pro she is.....working hard to secure the home we had waited so long to obtain. At this point we had been house hunting for 9 months, and when the home had structural issues, we thought about walking away. Vickie assured us she would find s resolution for us, and she definitely did, and it was like she didn't even skip a beat. She had a resolution for us literally within two hours. We closed on our home two weeks ago, and I cannot say enough about our experience with her. My only regret is that we did not call her first!! I would recommend Vickie to everyone I know. Oh......and on a few occasions her daughter SarahBeth stepped in to show us some properties.....she's also amazing. Vickie is at the top of her game, and if I ever find myself needing a realtor again, I know just who I will be calling. If you're trying to decide between a few realtors, please let this be the review that makes you pick up the phone and call Vickie, you won't be disappointed.

We were so fortune to have Vickie as our realtor to find our dream home within a tight timing frame of our company’s relocation schedule. She had demonstrated her thorough knowledge of home construction and local market. She was very patient and always strived to help us see the houses we wished to check; no matter it was a Friday evening or a Sunday afternoon. My wife and I had the chance to be introduced to Vickie Gallimore when we were looking to buy a house in Central NC, Asheboro area. Vickie helped us find and buy a great house, top quality for our price range that we, a family of 5, enjoyed a lot not only for its beauty but even more so for being so functional, practical. When things changed in our life and we had to move Vickie also helped us sell the house so we got to know her as a seller's agent too. Throughout the process Vickie was nothing short of excellent! Her expertise, patience, attention to detail and to our needs, knowledge of the market made the process a breeze. She is definitely the best in the area, although her son Brian who helped, is becoming a star too. We highly recommend her without any reservation!

Vickie is very professional and easy to talk to. She listens to your desires and needs in a home and works quickly in your regard. She has helped us with the sale of our home in 2008 and sold it at fair market price within a few days - during a down market. Then in 2009 she helped us in the purchase of our current home when we returned to Asheboro. Now she is working with us in another home purchase (a Short Sale). Our custom log home was located in a fairly isolated location in the country which we knew would be a plus for some but a negative for many. We listed the home with Vickie and received multiple offers within a week. We worked with Vickie and the buyers to close the sale over the next few weeks. The experience could not have been better for both us and the buyers. It was a real pleasure to work with a professional who understands the market and the local community.

Vickie has worked with my wife and I when in both the selling and buying of houses per multiple relocations in and out of the area. Each was a good experience. In departing the area and selling after only being in a home for less than a year Vickie provided open and honest feedback in what the market was, would probably bare, and what to expect as we needed to sell our house before departing the country. While not the financial news we wanted to hear, we did respect and appreciate the open-honesty which in the end led to achieving our goal of selling our house at best market price possible. While Vickie has a broad exposure in the area, we would not have known per the customer service and personal follow up. Literally felt like we were only clients as she facilitated the process from listing, contract, follow up.....working with us every step of the way to successful home purchase.
