My family and I had the best experience with Valeria, she worked with us to get started on browsing homes even though she was out of the country. We started looking and closed within 45 days! I knew at any point we could contact with during and even after closing and she would do everything in her power to help us figure it out. Valeria was an amazing realtor to work with! This was my first time purchasing a home, so I didn't know much about how the whole process works. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything along the way. She was also very responsive to all of my requests and questions, and very communicative with all parties involved in the purchase. I absolutely love the home we found and would definitely recommend Valeria as a realtor for buying/selling any property in the area. We moved to the coastal bend from the DFW area and just happened upon Valeria and we’re so happy we did! Being completely unfamiliar with the area, having a great real estate agent was important. Valeria was always responsive, helpful, dependable & knowledgeable. She is also very friendly and pleasant to be around! She did everything she could to find us the perfect home & make sure everything went smoothly. Valeria wants nothing other than what’s best for her clients and it shows! I will absolutely refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell & will be using her again in the future if I need a real estate agent!

I moved with my daughter and granddaughter (13 yrs old). We each had an broad idea of what we were looking for and yet each of us had some very specific ideas as well. Valeria took a personal interest in helping us, including listening to even my granddaughter's input. She showed us homes in different areas that met our needs and we were able to select one that rated very high for each of us. Since we were moving from out of state we did require a little, maybe a lot, of extra assistance because we were not physically present, other than when we made our offer, but with Valeria's help the entire process went very smoothly. Make sure she takes you to Bien Merite Cafe - it's a great place to have coffee and a beignet while discussing your plans!

Valeria was amazing to work with! As first time homebuyers, my partner and I had a lot of questions for Valeria. No matter what the question was, Valeria always got back to us as soon as possible and was always available to help however she could. When it was time to make an offer, Valeria helped us make an offer that was reasonable, yet really great!! I would definitely recommend Valeria to anyone who is looking for a realtor. The home buying process can be stressful, but Valeria was always there to help us feel at ease and has helped us even after we closed on our house.

Working with Valeria was an excellent and easy experience! From the first day of reaching out to her, she has been kind, enthusiastic, and upfront. This was the first time I've ever been involved in the home buying experience and it was overwhelming. There are so many things that you don't think about when you've spent 20 years renting. Valeria responded to every question, regardless of how small/insignificant it might have seen to a more experienced home buyer. We were renting a few hours away from our new location; Valeria made sure to book as many showings as possible so we could consolidate our trips. We first tried to buy from a seller who was not using an agent, which meant more work for Valeria. That person turned out to be very difficult to work with, and we ended up walking away, but Valeria was very patient and diligent working with both sides of the sale. Ultimately, we moved on to a nice house in Alice TX, and our offer was accepted. When we started the inspection processes with the house, we had a poor experience with a plumbing company (they preformed the hydrostatic test poorly and did not communicate or document in a helpful way); Valeria was excellent going between the current homeowner, the plumbing company, and myself and partner. In conclusion, she's lively, honest, fun, and a great realtor. She works predominately in the Corpus Christi area, but she was able to find us local companies and support in Alice. If we end up selling the house after my husband completes his PhD, then we hope to work with Valeria again!

Valeria was amazing to work with as my partner and I bought our first house. We actually contected through Instagram and I am so happy that I reached out! She was so on top of things and honestly I would have thought that she was only helping us, even though I know she is busy helping tons of other people find their dream homes.She made everything as easy as she could for us and was more than willing to explain anything to us when we were confused. If we ever sell a home or buy another home I will not hesitate at all give Valeria a call again.She was amazing throughout the whole process and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!
