Gino was great! Very responsive and easy to work with and knew how to answer all of my questions. He helped take all of the hard work out of the process for me and was able to sell my house after I moved out of state without problem. Would definitely recommend, thanks again!

Gino was the seller's agent in our transaction, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Throughout the process, Gino's lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary delays in signing all the required documents. Before closing, I requested a simple fix during the inspection—a drip pan under the water heater. However, on the day of the final walkthrough, I arrived to find the front door open, the keys on the counter, and the garage door openers next to them. This was highly unprofessional and concerning.As we continued the walkthrough, we discovered the fridge (purchased from the seller) was unplugged, the glass on the drawer cover needed to be fixed, and the drip pan needed to be installed. When the issue was brought up to Gino, he claimed the drip pan would be installed that day and acknowledged the broken fridge glass, but he should have informed us earlier. Despite assurances, these issues were still unresolved as we approached our noon closing time.When discussing these problems, Gino dismissed the drip pan issue as insignificant. We proceeded with the closing based on Gino's promise that the drip pan would be installed that day and that the fridge glass was on order. While the drip pan was eventually installed, I discovered the water heater was never turned back on to create hot water when I took a shower that evening, leaving me without hot water. I had to reset it myself.As of writing this review, the fridge glass still needs to be delivered. If asked if I would recommend Gino for buying or selling a house, I recommend finding a different realtor. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made this experience unnecessarily difficult and stressful.
