Joel did a amazing job helping us find a new home that was below the the cost of used homes in Tucson. I suggest buying a new home versus a used home. We got low interest, more home value at a low mortgage price that included all the insurance and property tax. 352,000 home, 2000 mortgage payment. With the prices of apartments and or paying someone else's mortgage, maybe consider a new home. I'm a disabled veteran and very happy and excited to have my own home. I recommend Lopez Realtor if you want honest, acknowledging people doing the leg work to help you find your dream home.

Joel Pielemeier is a true professional very knowledgeable and passionate! We definitely recommend him for your real estate needs! I normally do not write reviews but I just had to! He went above and beyond to show us our home virtually in multiple occasions. He made this process extremely easy. Lopez Reality are masters of their craft . Knowledgeable, helpful and always willing to give advice to a new home buyer. We never felt alone in the process. When our first offer didn’t workout the Lopez team got us right back out to look at other properties. They never showed us anything outside our budget and found us hidden gems. We had quite a few “must haves” the Lopez team delivered finding us our perfect forever home. Highly recommended.

We were so grateful to have found Tyler and Tana to work with in the process of buying a home in Tucson while getting our house in Seattle ready to sell! They are highly responsive, highly knowledgeable, and they really care about making sure you find exactly what you're looking for! I do appreciated Tyler taking so much time to understand what we needed and what we wanted and all the variables we had to consider. He spent a long weekend with us and we packed tons of houses into one day when we were able to get down to the area, but ultimately we ended up buying a house from a video walkthrough they were able to do for us the day after the house went on the market! We were so nervous about putting an offer on a place having not seen it in person but Tyler and team put us at ease through the whole process and we knew we were in good hands. We've since moved in and fallen in love with the house and the area. Thanks so much for the 5 star service Tyler and Tana, it was amazing to work with you! If we ever sell our house (hopefully not for a long time!) we'll be in touch!

If we could give 10 stars to Jeff Morris and the Tyler Lopez team We would. They really are a team. From the first meeting, Tyler Lopez was on time and presented us with a market plan and cost estimate for selling my mother in laws home. During the selling process Jeff Morris kept us informed and up dated on everything that was or wasn’t happening. If we ever called or text him with questions or concerns we always got a text or call back. Jeff also saved us money on the repair cost. The buyers requested an amount for repairs on the house, Jeff thought the costs were to high. He than got estimates from contractors for the repairs which was half the cost, plus scheduled the repairs. If you want a Real Estate Teams that works for you and communicates through the process, They do what they promised and make sure you understand whats happening and any concerns you have.A BIG Thank you to Tyler Lopez, Jeff Morris and everyone on the Real Estate Team. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Lopez & Lopez Co.
