I have tried to work with this agency but they are generally non-responsive. I have to follow up multiple times to get a response and usually get no response. It should not be this difficult to work with an agent. I understand that people get busy but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable.

Troyce and her team did an amazing job selling our townhouse. We live out of state so could not be there in-person, plus this was a rental property and she worked seamlessly with our property manager. She helped us navigate every aspect of getting the home ready to sell that involved a fair amount of home upgrades and repairs. She also helped us find the right contractors to do the work. And got all this done in the middle of a pandemic that created its own challenges. Her expertise, professionalism and attention to detail resulted in getting multiple, competitive offers. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and highly recommend Troyce and her team!

Literally amazing! Stop reading reviews and call her ASAP. She sold my house in Urbana, MD for 33K over list price in 3 days. We interviewed other realtors and her suggested price was higher than the other realters too! She made the process so easy-he has an amazing team that she works with to coordinate getting the house ready. I am in sales myself and definitely did not see the value of working with a Realtor until I met Troyce. When I think of how I considered selling it myself I laugh out loud. Her level of knowledge is so high and her local relationships translate into the best possible experience.
