We highly recommend Laurie at Saydam who helped us at every stage of buying our first home.Laurie was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in the local housing market as she knew of all the neighbourhood details which fitted our requirements. She was very professional whilst also making us feel at ease and confident throughout the unfamiliar process. We were always able to contact her and everything was turned around very quickly.She provided pertinent and realistic advice as we considered different properties and opened up avenues to opportunities we weren’t aware of. This is my second time working with Saydam Properties, this time with Laurie. And I would work with the group again any day. Laurie and KellyAnne were excellent communicators and responsive. Most critically, we priced my grandmother’s house to sell, had more than a dozen offers, and a successful close. Our family couldn’t be happier with how quick and easy the whole process was. Five stars doesn't even begin to depict the experience working with Saydam Properties. I learned about the company from a parenting group on Facebook. Someone had inquired about a reputable real estate company and overwhelmingly the response was Saydam. I had an initial call with Sheena in November 2020 who was and is warm, welcoming and understanding. Having already been on the market for a year with another realtor we were discouraged, but Sheena reassured us and paired us with the best agent, Laurie Jackson, who led us to becoming first time homeowners in May 2022! This was a roller coaster ride, many offers, a break from the market, and this crazy sellers market we're in with insane demand. Laurie never pressured us, advised us when we wanted to offer more and she understood a home wasn't worth the amount. The level of integrity of the team is unmatched. Laurie cared more about us getting a structurally and mechanically solid home within our budget than making the next sale. Laurie was responsive, patient, kind and understanding. At times I wasn't sure if it would happen for our family, and wondered when Laurie would give up on us. She never did. It makes me emotional just typing this. Thank you Laurie, Sheena, Kellie and Andrew for guiding and supporting us to make this dream happen.

Working with SPG has been such a positive and wonderful experience. We bought and sold a home with SPG! Sheena, Han, and team have tremendous market knowledge and such fantastic experience! They’ve closed on so many homes in the DMV area and I consider them to be the best team in the area. In addition, they were so helpful, patient, and caring throughout the process. SPG stepped in when we had a problem with a precious realtor. We had initially gone with "someone we knew" rather than SPG, even though SPG was more prepared and had a better proposal.The final straw was when we had our NOVA property on the market for over two weeks with no offers...in 2021! SPG stepped in, staged the house, took new photos, and we had an offer within a week. Pure professionals from beginning to end. Trust your gut and go with SPG.

I can't say enough good things about Saydam Properties Group. What an incredible team and well oiled machine. Han sold our home in Alexandria in one weekend. We had about a dozen offers and he helped us sort through the pros/cons of each, and even negotiated more on our behalf. We were under contract the same evening. Megan and Stacy coordinated the logistics painlessly and effortlessly for us. Laurie is in it for the long haul with us as we build our new house. She has been there every step of the way. When the builders weren't responsive, she stayed on top of them until we we heard back. She's proactive and thorough. Everyone is incredibly responsive and were very patient with my many questions. I never waited more than a few hours for a response.But, what comes to mind first when I think about SPG isn't about real estate at all. It's their incredible commitment to making the world a better place. Both locally and globally through the many charities they support. About 6 and a half years ago with the help of Sheena we bought our first home. From the search, through the inspections and even after the close, Sheena and her team were there for us... answering questions about our pesky windows months after we closed on our home. As first time home buyers, the guidance and assistance was amazingly helpful. So, when we decided it was time to start looking for our next home, we immediately knew we would be reaching out to Saydam Properties. This was our first time living in the DMV area and we were somewhat nervous buying our first home here. Saydam Properties were incredibly responsive and professional in helping us feel comfortable and knowledgable about the process. Daria was wonderful to work with and we were able to quickly find a place and be successful with our first offer in a really busy time during COVID.
