The De Raedt Team is absolutely amazing. As someone selling a house for the first time Daan and his team walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Everyone was kind, professional and exceptionally helpful. (Even their team of contractors to fix drywall, paint, etc were excellent.) I had tons of questions and they were always quick to respond to even the simplest questions. Once the house was put on the market it sold in less than 24 hours. I would recommend them a million times over, and whether its buying another house or selling again in the future there would be no other team I would work with but The De Raedt Team.

We have only superlatives to describe working with Daan and The Property Collective team. From our first meeting through to closing and beyond, their responsiveness and communications were outstanding, service unequaled and every person we came in contact with excelled in their job. We interviewed several realtors and Daan’s approach to pricing and his marketing savvy soared above the others. Alicia was professional, organized, a joy to work with and exceptionally patient. The photographer, videographer and stagers Daan has assembled made preparing our home for market an easy process. And after only four showings, we received two offers, one above asking, in mid-June when other realtors had warned it was a bad time to sell. Everything The Property Collective does is first-class (no garish for sale signs!) and they are kind and compassionate to boot. We highly recommend selling your home with Daan and his team.
