Travis did a fantastic job helping us to find and purchase our home. He was easy to communicate with, super responsive and very patient as it took us awhile to find the perfect home. As first time home buyers his expertise was greatly appreciated. We never felt rushed or pressured and had a wonderful experience working with him from start to closing!

Travis is an amazing realtor to work with. His availability and response times are outstanding. He always made my wife and me feel informed and calm, no matter what issues came up. He and his team successfully helped us sell two properties in Grants Pass and purchase our current home in Ashland. Currently, my parents and I are working with Travis to find a home for them to retire in. We will continue to use him as our realtor because we truly trust his insight and judgment. Working with Travis felt less like hiring a real estate agent and more like teaming up with someone determined to move mountains on our behalf - and truly, he did! We first connected with Travis about a year before we were ready to relocate from California to Oregon, and he still made time to show us homes on every visit. When it finally came time to buy—but we weren’t sure which Southern Oregon city we belonged in—he toured every property we were interested in, even when they were an hour or more apart! His knowledge of rural property and his local recommendations were invaluable for helping us feel confident as we made our decision. After we found our dream *forever* home in Grants Pass, our California sale suddenly fell out of escrow at the last minute. Travis worked tirelessly to keep our Oregon purchase on track, coordinating with the seller, keeping us informed, and guiding us through the chaos as we closed with a second buyer the day before our home purchase closed here. I’m convinced our home purchase wouldn’t have happened without him, and we’re profoundly grateful for the miracle he pulled off for us! Didn't receive keys on purchase of property, completely unprofessional, does not respond to emails/call promptly if at all. Didn't even make sure the basics were done, like that there was a smoke detector in the house. Still waiting for a response to an invoice so I know whether or not to move forward with reporting to real estate board.

Travis is excellent in every aspect of his work. He is very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable about all things related to the real estate market. He guided us through the contingency sale of two properties and purchase of a replacement property. He knows the geographical area very well and was very patient showing us many properties. He gives great suggestions and guidance throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend working with Travis! Anyone would be very fortunate to do so.
