Tracie is the definition of going above and beyond. She's thorough, intelligent, knows the market, has an extensive network, is honest, detail-oriented, communicates extremely well and is just all around a top-notch agent that I would recommend to anyone with their real estate needs. My wife and I consulted with Tracie on several questions and issues over the course of this summer and she was incredibly generous with her time and expertise, even before we asked her to help us sell our home. I am in the Military and had been working with another realtor but had not signed a contract yet. This realtor was not doing anything to help me. When you are no longer in the area it is very difficult to get things done. I searched and searched and finally Tracie came into my life. Tracie put me at ease and took care of everything. The moment my home hit the market, we received multiple offers, my house was sold for asking price within three days. It not only sold quickly for the asking price but with a less than 30 day closing date and buyers paid their own fees. If you are looking for a realtor go with Tracie, she will go above and beyond. Tracie is amazing at what she does because she truly cares about what she does and the people she works with! I couldn’t be more thankful, she was a blessing!

Tracie is fantastic! She helped me sell my house and find me a new one really fast. She is very helpful, resourceful, kept me well informed, accommodating at all times. Tracie was absolutely phenomenal!!! I needed to sell my house quickly (2 months) to relocate to another state for work. I was worried about not only my tight time line, but that it wasn’t the best time of year to sell a house. I explained all this to Tracie and she assured me she would do everything she could to help me meet my goal.Tracie not only met my goal of selling quickly, she exceeded it by FAR!! She helped me coordinate the minor cosmetic repairs I needed done, as well as a major refinish to my hardwoods. The house looked beautiful and Tracie had pics taken by a professional photographer that made it look even better. Tracie is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and always quick to respond to questions, and always makes herself accessible. To sum this up...my house sold in 2 days of being in the market. I feel very confident in saying this was due in large to Tracie’s keen eye for detail, knowing the real estate market so well, and her willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Tracie sold two investment properties of mine in Memphis in 2019. She was incredible and I don't know what I would have done without her. I live six hours away from Memphis and she made it so that I never had to make a single trip to Memphis. She directed all the remodeling and fixing up of the properties, including buyer-requested repairs, so I could avoid going to Memphis. I'd highly recommend Tracie to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Memphis area!

We loved Tracie! Tracie and Dustin took us to look at homes in a Memphis snow storm aka ice storm. The home selections available were very limited and she went out of her way to contact some people who knew of a house that was coming available. We ended up buying that house! Tracie went out of her way to help us and Thank Goodness for that! We recommend Tracie without hesitation!
