Jonathan was such a blessing to our family every step of the way. He was straightforward, honest, knowledgeable, and did everything in his power to get us into the house we wanted, and even has helped us tremendously with handling the less than pleasurable process of hiring people for home maintenance projects. My children adore him, and my husband and I are so grateful for him. If/when we are in the market for a new house, he will be my first phone call!

Jonathan was a wonderful agent for us. We are VA loan and he was a very well-versed with the ins an outs of this type of loan requirements. He’s licensed in the Mississippi and Tennessee area and we were looking in both since we are on the border. He was extremely communicative and we never waited more than a few hours to hear back from him. We highly recommend Jonathan and will definitely use him in the future for any of our local real estate needs.

There are Realtors and there are Dealtors. Mr. Bunch is a Dealtor! Mr. Bunch successfully represented our interests as a Seller’s Agent. We absolutely would have him to represent us a Buyer’s Agent also, should we move back to MS. He effectively combined his deep insights into local real estate trends with his access to an extensive network of skilled tradesmen, contractors and service providers to get our home sold quickly at list price! In preparation for listing and having followed all of his repair/upgrade recommendations for our home, he secured multiple offers within five (5) days of listing. His passionate commitment to us and to a rather detailed business process was revealed in his patient and real-time availability to us at every step of the way …… until the deal was done! I was looking for a realtor who I truly felt had my best interest in what fit my needs in the purchase of my home. Jonathan fit those shoes well, very professional, respectful and Godly Man. My experience with him was I told him what I wanted, where I wanted it to be and how I wanted to be. He introduced me to more of what fits my needs ( that’s what I originally asked for) Jonathan made my house buying experience so easy I thought I was forgetting to do things but he had already done it. He was sent by God because I had gave up but he wouldn’t let me because I asked for his help and he did just that. Thanks for everything Jonathan!!
