As an out of state seller, Tim did a great job with helping me sell my father's home. He helped establish a "stepped up" basis upon my dad's passing in 2021 and we were finally able to list the home this year. Tim works with a trusted home inspector, so we did a pre-listing inspection to allay any possible concerns of potential buyers. Tim also provided a handyman to repair some minor wind damage to the front storm door shortly after the home was listed. Tim stayed right on top of things relative to several offers we received which did not work out. Ultimately, Tim secured an excellent offer and we were able to close the sale two weeks later. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, I would recommend Tim highly as a knowledgeable professional who will provide you with great service.
Tim did a great job dealing with 5 owner of our parents place. All went well, new septic and house looked perfect.Great video too. Tim did his research and got the house sold sold to a family I hope will enjoy the place for many years to come. He also worked with us on getting all the needed tests and work done to list house so quickly.
