I am so impressed with Kyle. We are extremely busy people with minimal time to deal with a house sale. Kyle took care of everything and made our jobs in selling a piece of cake. I would use him again and again. He even rocks at selling a duplex. I love that he did not give us big to do lists and was always available for questions.

Kyle Swanson is by far Rochester Minnesota as well as all of South East Minnesota absolute very best realtor out there. Take it from a first time home buyer- he makes the process seamless, always answers any questions in detail, and responds to all forms of communication with impressive speed! Having a difficult schedule myself Kyle always did what he could to make showings and appointments within our schedule.
