Denel helped my buy my current home twenty years ago, which was a great experience. It was with a big-box builder with lots of rough edges. She went to bat for me and helped organize and communicate our needs. Years later, we asked Denel to help us buy a new lot for our next home. She knows everybody and really helped us find the right lenders and navigate the whole process which resulted in finding and purchasing a lot for our dream home.

Denel, Ace, Nicole, and everyone else involved were fantastic. Denel was great keeping us chill and informed as we considered different options. She was able to very quickly bring in other people for quotes, recommendations, and whatever help we needed. We're very happy with how things turned out. Denel and her team have the process down, A-to-Z! They were so extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive through the entire process of finding and settling into our new home in Rochester, that we didn’t feel for a moment that this was a new town we have moved to. Can’t think of a better agent - in Rochester or indeed anywhere!

As a property investor it’s very important I have a hard working, hustling, knowledgeable agent. Denel is that. She has found homes for me before they go on the mls. She has sold homes for me that other agents couldn’t sell. Recently, Denel, went the extra mile to jump through hoops/paperwork to negotiate a house from a seller located in the Middle East. There are many agents in Rochester to choose from but only 1 if you want the best.

My wife and I moved from TX to Rochester MN in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. This made a trip up to view any property before a purchase impossible for us. Fortunately, we had a phenomenal realtor in Denel. With the market in a hyper-competitive state, we knew we had be decisive with a purchase, and we put our trust in Denel to lead the way, and she did not disappoint. We viewed 3 houses (virtually via Facetime with Denel), and the one Denel picked for us met every single criteria and was within our budget. Denel made the home buying process (from across the country) s painless and worry free as it could possibly have been. On top of Denel's excellence at her job, she provided very solid recommendations for financing, which got me the lowest rate I had ever seen. We love our house and we couldn't be happier in Rochester. We will absolutely be working with Denel in the future, and anyone else would be wise to do so as well.

In 2016, my husband and I built our dream home in Zumbrota, MN. Neither of us had any idea of how to do this, but Denel led us through every step. We couldn't understand why other people said building a house was so much work...she made it easy. In March 2020 my husband was offered a new position in St. Cloud and we had to make the difficult decision to sell our home. A week later the Coronavirus lockdowns started happening. Denel lead us through those issues with ease and great advice. We were able to sell our house on the first day it was on the market! We hope to move back to this area in a few years and Denel will be my first call. We highly recommend her and her wonderful team to anyone looking to buy, sell, or build. They are amazing!

Denel was fantastic and relieved many of my anxieties related to selling my home. She is trustworthy, reliable, and educated me throughout the process so that I could make informed decisions and be aware of the legal parameters of negotiation. She staged my home for me free of charge, met with me after work as necessary, marketed my home well online and supported my decisions about offers that were made. When it came time to look for a new home, I found the perfect home online and it had been taken off the market for COVID-19. She called the selling realtor and I was able to view the home within a week! I made an offer and am so happy in my new home! Her team emailed with me and brought new flyers and signs to my home as needed. Everyone was courteous, professional, and easy to communicate with. Denel is at the top of her profession and will make you feel at ease throughout the process. We used Denel when we bought our house and were living out of state. We were able to talk to her ahead of time and she listened to what we were looking for. When we flew in to see homes, she had homes all lined up for two days of viewing. We were able to find one we liked and she was able to make the process of buying the house easy, even though we were back out of state for the remainder of the process.Fast forward a few years and when it came time to sell the house and relocate for work, Denel was the only call we made. Her team helped stage the house and took beautiful photos that showed what our house was really like. She recommended listing higher than we thought we would be able to and we had two offers at asking price within 48 hours of listing.
