Josh, however, lead me through every step of the process and explained things in ways that were easier to comprehend. His advice and input was invaluable, and as a result I am a proud new owner of property near the Mississippi River. My experience with Josh could not have been any better. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions and concerns about the process as a whole. Josh made it a point to meet with us just to explain the process and put our minds at ease before we even began our search. He then provided honest feedback about the timing of our search, and when we should start looking. He truly had our best interest in mind throughout our entire search. Josh sent us homes that fit our needs daily and set up appointments to view homes on the same day we requested them. When it was time to make an offer Josh thoroughly explained our options, reviewed the pricing of similar homes, negotiated on our behalf, and advised us as if he was buying a home for himself. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received. Josh even welcomed us into our new home with champagne! We have found a friend and realtor for many years to come.

Josh went above an beyond to help my husband and I sell our house. He was always there to answer our questions no matter what time of day. If he didn't know the answer to a question he went the extra mile to get it for us. Josh put a lot of time into helping us, weather it be late nights or weekends. Josh helped me find a beautiful home out in Kasson Minnesota two years ago, I tell you what! This guy knows what you need to know! Can help with anything! He can get you exactly what you want! You’re probably wondering why i’m Writing this two years later... well, I’m back on the market and he was the first guy I called! Josh Huglen was great to work with. He was very prompt to get back to us when wanting to view a house. Sometimes getting in the same day if it worked with his schedule. He went the extra mile to find out for us where we could get a loan for our foreclosure house we bought which needed repairs and found us a home owners insurance company to work with us. Also finding out things like cost to replace well and septic on homes we were interested in, also prices on caving walls and getting bids on them. He is way beyond your average Realtor and we would definitely do business with him again. We highly recommend Josh Huglen.

I signed on with Josh Huglen in 2016 to sell my home, and purchase a new one. I was absolutely delighted with his wonderful service. I had a very unique home in the country, and Josh was able to come up with a successful marketing plan to sell it. He is very hard working, extremely responsive, and very professional.
