Kristina and her team are absolutely fantastic! We moved from out of state and they made the process so easy and seamless! We had in person showings and when we weren’t able to find anything in person they handled virtual walk throughs for us. Kristina really paid attention to things that were important to our family, especially our girls, and made sure to check for things like a good space for a trampoline or rooms in the basement for them at each house. We love our new house and highly recommend them!!!! They truly go above and beyond. A tree fell at our new home after closing before we moved in and Kristina helped us find someone right away to help take care of it even though it was not at all in her job description to do so! She is so well connected and knows everyone so if you have any questions or concerns about something she has people she can recommend that are trusted and reliable.

Kristina! and the Athena Real Estate Group were so great to work with! She was able to get us in to several showings. When she wasn't able to make it to a sudden showing she had a team member support us in taking a look. She had a great and timely communication. She gave us great advice/feedback. We felt supported and that we could reach out to her with any questions. Their team was effective in communicating with us on switching utilities and the closing process as well. Overall I am so pumped we finally got a chance to work with her in making our home ownership dreams come true!!

Kristina and her team have been amazing with both our home buying (first time) and selling that same home 5 years later. Kristina has always fought for us to get the best out of negotiations unlike previous other realtors who are just looking to make a quick deal and cash in with little to no work. Not only that but they have a wealth of connections that makes finding the right house or selling yours go super fast. We will continue to use Athena whenever we can!
