My wife and I worked with Thomas Fellers for several months in searching for, and eventually buying a fantastic home. We had a rather disappointing experience in working with another local realtor for several months and were fortunate to meet Thomas at an open house. He hit the ground running after we met with him to discuss our expectations. Within a day or two, he provided some prime candidate houses for us to consider. Thanks to the current market conditions of low supply and high demand, it did take some time to find the right house for us. Thomas showed us quite a few houses along our house-hunting journey and always had constructive comments on the walk-throughs. He wasn’t afraid to point out potential concerns with the properties we viewed as well as offering positive comments regarding workmanship, location or whatever.When we got close to making our purchase, Thomas even agreed to make our first three mortgage payments and promised to buy ithe house back from us if we weren’t completely satisfied!Oh wait a minute, that’s not true. But it is true that Thomas negotiated and closed a great deal for us in a very competitive environment.We highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor who is easy-going and personable but also willing to put in the time to find the client the best possible home.
I cannot say enough AMAZING and WONDERFUL things about Thomas Fellers and his staff. The value-added items he provided at no cost to me as a client were very much appreciated. Thomas did an excellent job leading us through the process of buying a home. He was patient and knowledgeable and made sure that as first time home buyers we knew how everything worked prior to it happening. We had a wonderful experience that we wouldn’t have had if Thomas hadn’t been willing and able to be there every step of the way!
Horrible! I would never recommend him or anyone on his team to represent them in the housing market! As a realtor he only wants to work with local lenders and appraisers who can support his estimate of what a property is worth. When an outsider comes in, all he wants to do is contest the appraisal even though the homes he is comparing it to are so much better and have upgraded features. I will never work with anyone from MKB again.
Thomas was great! He made sure I saw all the options available to me and help me to hone in on the most important things for me. He was patient, knowledgeable, flexible, responsive, and tuned in to my needs. I think it was a year and a half it took us to find my place and sell my house and through all the ups and downs he stood by me and never left me hanging. I could not have asked for a better agent. With the birth of our first child last year, our family decided it was time to move to a quieter neighborhood. When we started going to open houses, the houses themselves were secondary to finding the right realtor to help us with both finding a new home and listing our current house. Thomas was very friendly, personable, and took the time to lay out a detailed plan for selling our house. He, Lisa, and Ashley were in constant communication with us on how to proceed, and helped us sell our house quickly. When buying our new home, Thomas helped answer any questions we had and negotiated for us to get the best contract we could.
When my wife and I were looking to sell our first home, we wanted a realtor who has a high attention to detail and was patient enough to help walk us through the process. Thomas was all of that and then some. Thomas was very responsive to our calls and texts and always took the time to look through the details of the offers we received. Thomas also led his expertise after our house went into closing and was very patient with our questions. I would feel comfortable having my parents work with Thomas to either purchase or sell a home.
Thomas had previously helped us buy the house that he now helped us sell. He was very thorough in determining a price point that would help us take maximum advantage of a seller's market. He created a great listing and was prepared to promote and market our house even further, even though we all thought it may not be necessary. The open house he had planned was not even needed, as we had our house under contract within 3 days. From there, he and his team (specifically Lisa) were very helpful in keeping us in the loop on the closing process and even following up after closing when proceeds were being dispersed. Again, Thomas was very thorough and I felt like he was prepared for anything that could have occurred during the selling process. I would highly recommend Thomas and his team!
