Angie and her team quickly listed out home at a price that was reasonable and we’re able to negotiate with buyers and get us $15000 over asking price. They kept us informed of any changes in the closing timeframe and we’re very pleasant to work with. Plus our home was under contract within 2 days!

Absolutely the worst experience ever!! Unprofessional in every way possible. Did not advertise property, no feedback at all ever! Home was robbed and vandalized, Real Estate agent had no clue, why? Cause she never checked on her listing. Obviously this property listing didn't matter to her. That's why she would have never been a consideration for our half million dollar property. As if this experience was not unsettling enough. Thanks so much Angie for making it much worse. That is all you managed to do during our entire listing timeframe. Your unprofessionalism is the only thing you deserve 5 stars for. As soon as listing expired, home sold full price, within 2 weeks.

Angie is organized, knowledgeable and professional. She came prepared with comps at our first meeting and was always patient with our questions about the process and the options available for our particular real estate scenario to help us maximize our property's sale potential. We were out of town property owners and she coordinated everything for us, saving us from having to be on-site.She has a network of real estate adjacent professionals to recommend so we were truly able to get one stop shopping from a contractor for repairs to a title agency to perform the closing. This was the easiest real estate sale and closing we've been involved with and we are grateful for her diligence on our behalf and highly recommend her.

Angie knows the real estate market in our area extremely well. She assessed the home we were selling and came in with a sale very close to the estimated value in an excellent timeframe. It was an emotional sale for me, as it was my parents' home, and she made the process so much easier than I thought it would be. It was a pleasure working with Angie and her team. They were able to find a cash buyer just 1 day after listing the property. They had a contractor available to fix minor issues that the buyer wanted fixed prior to the closing. Angie is very professional and was available just about any time to answer any questions or give us advice.
