My girlfriend and I had a great experience with Tammy selling both my home and hers. My home was a little easier to sell with very minor touchups, and improvement as well as a great location.My girlfriend had a 24 year old house that was big and beautiful and with a large, beautiful yard but needed quite a bit of modernization done. The AC units had also stopped working and would need to be installed. My girlfriend didn't have the money to take on that project. Tammy came in, bringing her expertise and worked with my girlfriend on ideas for modernizing the entire house. Tammy was able to make the price of the improvements very minimal although we were replacing light fixtures, faucets, flooring and carpeting, etc.Tammy was able to hold off all expenses being paid by my girlfriend until the house sold {EVEN the AC unit}. She was helpful on all the legal concerns she had to work through as well. Tammy is as hard working as she is personable and professional. We would hire her again and again.
