Brad was quick to assist us when another realtor fell through, and he went out of his way on several occasions to make sure things went smoothly once we found the right house. Very friendly, knowledgeable on what to look out for in terms of red flags or potential repairs, and was excellent at communicating at all hours of the day! Highly recommended.

This was the the eighth time we've engaged a Realtor to buy or sell a house. Brad is head and shoulders above everyone else. Spend an hour with him and you'll know you're dealing with a very nice man who wants you to succeed. He went out of his way to understand our needs, find what was right for us, help us through negotiations, find services in a new town, and then made sure he or a colleague was inspecting our new home during construction. They actually found some construction problems and had them corrected! There was no upselling -- just good help!We were particularly impressed in that our new home in the Roanoke VA area was almost 3000 miles from where we lived in Oregon; Brad made communication easy.

Brad Thomas will go out of his way to help you get what you need and want. I was living on the otherside of the state, Brad would set up several appointments for me and I would drive 250 miles. He would show me as many houses as could be set up. We discussed the pros and cons of each house as we went through them. I would, with Brad's help place a bid. When I needed help he either answered the call or returned my call promptly. I hope I never need to move again, but if I do I want Brad Thomas to help me.

Brad is the real deal! He was recommended to me and my fiancé by some friends, and I can't thank them enough because Brad never disappointed. Our first realtor was quite terrible, but we didn't realize that until we met Brad. He immediately asked us what type of house we were looking for, and always had a positive attitude especially when the market had made it difficult for first-time homebuyers like us to find a home. We must have seen what felt like a thousand homes, and we became discouraged pretty quickly every time Brad called and said we were not selected. Brad would always say, "it's okay. It wasn't meant to be, but we will find your forever home." He ensured us that all the disappointment would lead to something we truly wanted, and guess what, he was right! After about 2 to 3 months, Brad finally called and told us we got the house we truly wanted. I could not be more grateful for his patience, work ethic, and positivity throughout this process. Brad was more than a realtor to us, he was our friend. Thank you so much Brad for everything you've done for us! We couldn't be happier!

He was an absolute pleasure to work with and really went the extra mile to take care of an issue we had that totally slipped through the cracks with our sale. My wife’s father had built custom cedar shudders for that home. He passed last year from Covid and she really wanted to keep them. Brad negotiated with the buyer and we were able to keep them. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional and we would one hundred percent recommend Mr. Thomas to anyone looking to list their property.

Brad Thomas and his team was more than helpful in finding us an home in Roanoke. He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He was extremely honest, upfront and patient person. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. We really appreciate his words of encouragement when we felt unmotivated in this competitive market, Eric told us that God would send us a house and finally He did, and we always remember his words. I cannot say enough good things about Brad!!!He was very attentive to anything that we wanted. He returned our inquires very quickly, often within minutes of the text that we sent or phone message that we left. He found appropriate homes for us to look at and arranged an in-house tour of those we selected. He represented each home fairly. He shared with us his observations as we toured the home.I don't know what his magic is, but he secured our offer to buy even though there was a higher bid. Thank you, Brad!
