Teresa was the buyers agent for the sale of my house. I wanted to pass along to others how professional and sensible Teresa was during all the aspects of a real-estate transaction. Along with my agent, Phyllis. Teresa demonstrated excellent sales proficiency and making sure that the closing went flawlessly. We highly recommend her.

There are so many excellent qualities Teresa has. Teresa was so very helpful and knowledgeable. I had never sold /bought a home so the entire experience was all new to me and was very overwhelming. I had many questions which she either knew the answers or researched and provided the answers in a very timely manner. She was honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. She stood by me throughout the entire processes of buying and selling and always made me feel like i was her top priority. She made the experiences easier than expected. I could not have dreamed of a better real estate agent than Teresa who I now consider a friend. I fully believe the Lord sent her to me in order to help me throughout this entire process as I had no one else. She is awesome.

I have been using Teresa as my real estate expert for more than 10 years. She recently assisted my husband and I in the purchase of a lot as well as the negotiations with our builder for our new home. She did a great job representing our interests and explaining all the processes involved in custom construction.

when we told her we were looking for a lease purchase she NEVER called us again. When we called her she told us she was not going to ask for lease purchase because she didn't get paid until we buy the home.

My experience with Teresa Polinek was absolutely FIVE STARS and would be higher if you were provided more stars. After telling her what type of property my husband and I wanted, she provided us with many options. She went above and beyond her way to help us obtain our home. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home.

Thank goodness we chose Teresa Polinek as our realtor! She saved us so much money and guided us to our dream home. We are so blessed to have had her as our real estate agent and now our friend. Teresa is a wonderful realtor and person! We were as indecisive as it gets when it came to buying or building a new home. When we first called Teresa, we did not know whether we were going to buy a brand new house already built, buy an older house, or have one built. She was so very patient with us throughout the whole process and was able to steer us in the direction of building a wonderful new home. She gave us all the time we needed to show us any home we wanted to see, even if it was out of the area we were considering. She showed us a development we loved but had not even considered because we thought it was out of our price range. We were able to afford it because Teresa worked with the developer to negotiate an affordable price for us. She also found us a builder and even helped us pick our brick, granite, and tile with her impeccable sense of decorating style. Among other attributes, what makes Teresa truly unique, is her talent to design stylish homes with an artistic eye to select items such as brick, flooring, kitchen and bath designs, fixtures and paint colors that create the most beautiful homes around. We have seen so many of the homes she has helped design and decorate and are in awe with her design and decorating abilities. Working tirelessly for her clients, she treated us as if we were her own family members looking for a house. She is one of the hardest workers we have ever known. We recommended Teresa to close friends, and she worked just as hard for them as she did for us and found them a perfect home. Teresa is not only amazingly dedicated to her clients but is also a wonderful person. She would do anything to help another person in need. She constantly volunteers her time to help those less fortunate through her support of Rush Homes, a local charity, and other charities, which is only one example of her super kind heart. We are truly blessed to have found Teresa as our realtor and would recommend her to anyone. One simply will not find a better real estate agent as dedicated as Teresa is at doing right by her clients and making sure they are happy!

Teresa Polinek is absolutely AMAZING! I was in a tough bind after my recent divorce and wasn't sure I would be able to purchase a home for me and my two beautiful girls. Teresa not only found creative ways to help me in the purchase of the beautiful new home for me and my children but also was a great support during a very difficult time in my life. I have worked with many realtors and I have never come across one who was more knowledgeable and professional. Not only was every phone call answered and/or returned immediately but Teresa had an answer for every question and provided additional information that I wouldn't have known to ask about. She most definitely looks out for her clients. Teresa is a rare find and anyone who has her to represent them in finding or selling a home, has a real gem on their side! I HIGHLY recommend Teresa Polinek and her very talented team at The Realty Group!

Teresa has been exceptional to work with. After having our house on the market for over 8 months without any success, we hired Teresa as our agent. She got us a contract on our house within 2 weeks. Teresa was so helpful to us during the negotiation process, and made it a great experience rig through closing. We were so pleased with Teresa we decided to work with her on building our dream house! She helped with securing our lot, negotiating our contract and has been so helpful so far with our selections. I highly recommend Teresa. She's knowledgeable, professional and a fantastic person!
