We've been working with Wendy since last fall to find our perfect home and I am so grateful for her in more ways than I can express. She's been the most fun to walk through houses with, has a wealth of knowledge and a calm way of walking us through a huge and daunting task. From the big dreams to reality, she's been the best resource and become a good friend in the process. Professionally, I work with Wendy through my job at a Settlement Attorney's office and she is one of my favorite people to work with and I know we can always be sure to have everything we need. It is why we chose her as a realtor and I really cannot recommend her highly enough.

Wendy has been my Realtor for a Primary residence and my Investment properties as well. She recently helped me close on a multifamily property that had some difficulties with the Lender I chose. Wendy was equal to the task and helped me navigate the obstacles while i was out of the country, to include getting the keys to the new property manager when it closed. She also helped me recently sell an investment property using a 1031 exchange helping me to defer taxes and maximize the investment. She also referred me to an out of state Realtor to help me on the other side. She has a full tool box and a high degree of integrity and i highly recommend her.

Wendy and her group was awesome to deal with. Was able to get our house on the market with last min notice. She did a great job and the listing and was really easy to deal with. Was able to sell out house at our asking price every quickly. Wendy and her group stayed ontop off everything thru out the selling process and made it really easy to sell our home. Wendy is absolutely fabulous! I cannot thank her enough for making the entire home selling process easier than I could ever imagine. I was selling my home from long distance and Wendy handled the complete process for me. The house was on the market for only a short period of time and Wendy handled all aspects of the listing (which she did a lovely job of describing the house), the showings--of which there were many--and the closing--which was very quick, done remotely on my end and went off without a hitch. I relied on Wendy's expertise on handling the MULTIPLE offers and trusted her judgement completely. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wendy and would trust her to handle ANY and ALL of my real estate transactions.

Working with the Wendy Witt Group is always a pleasure! I’ve worked with Wendy and her team twice now, as the seller, and have had a wonderful experience each time. I had multiple offers on the table in under 48hrs this go-round, and my home sold for more than I expected. Wendy really knows her stuff! She and Taylor are both quick with communication. Wendy and Tracy were incredibly helpful in helping me purchase my new home. Tracy showed me many homes and was so helpful with all information about each home. The care and attention they gave me along with much encouragement that the home of my dreams was coming-was wonderful!!! And they were right -I found the home of my dreams!!! I would highly recommend either Wendy or Tracy for help finding the home of your dreams!!!

Tracy Brotherton was wonderful to work with. I found her to be knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. She was quick to respond to all of my questions, requests and emails. I live across country and flew in for the weekend. Tracy was quite flexible with my tight schedule and had a list of properties for us to view including ones I specifically wanted to see and ones she believed would interests us. I don't think we could have had a better agent to work with.

Wendy knows the area and knows her stuff! She helped with a listing price and put together an excellent home descriptor that painted a perfect picture. She was flexible with our time frame, coming back several times to get pictures when it was convenient for us. We had an offer that was accepted in 2 days after listing- that’s proof enough for anyone I believe.
